They did an excellent job cleaning an extremely dirty chimney. They installed a rain and animal guard over my chimney which they said I needed without pressuring me to do so. They also cleaned my very clogged dryer vent, installed a screen cover to prevent the birds from gaining access and cleaned up the entire laundry area. They took their time everything and I never felt they were rushing to get on to their next job. They were very conscientious and respectful.
