a $49.00 estimate fee would be charged at the time of the
inspection, but it would be returned if I selected their
company to do the work. The estimate was thorough and detailed
for the work that was needed, and it itemized the cost for
each task. The workers arrived as scheduled and work was
completed as outlined in the estimate. A few days after
the work was completed, we had several heavy downpours and
the chimney did not leak. Priddy did an excellent job at
